We are no longer free

Circumstances have forced us to change our free directories to being paid.  We are now charging $1 submission fees for serious submitters only.  We tried going reciprocal for several months and that did not work - either idiots were using our directories as their link back or they were on a totally different domain to the one they were submitting ( those that even bothered to put a link back in).

We don`t have the time for people who cannot be bothered submitting in the correct manner so we had no choice and it would not be fair to people who have submitted in the past and stuck to the guidelines to close them altogether.

The $1 fee ensures only the best sites now get listed and included in the fee we will give everyone a link to where they can get free products to either use themselves or to resell.  These links are usually hard to find unless you belong to a mailing list.  We will also give a link to where webmasters can earn themselves some fast cash and earn $0.50 every time someone clicks a link on their website.

Now even easier to submit!

It`s now even easier to submit your link from whatever category you are browsing in.  You can just click the link at the bottom of the page and it will take you to the submit page, pre-selected at the category you want to submit to.

However, please be sure you have selected the correct category for the subject of your site or you will still have to re-select it.

This will make submitting much easier if you are at the bottom of the page, you will not have to go back or go to the top of the page.  It also will give you the chance to browse through the listings to see which one suits your site.

Latest News

After months of trying to get through submissions where submitters have clearly NOT read any of the guidelines, we have had to strictly enforce them.

With effect from today NO submissions will be edited if they have keyword only descriptions & titles, single word or short sentence descriptions, web addresses or telephone numbers in title or description or if they have personal comments or do not state the facts.

In addition, if a submitter cannot describe their website accurately, we ask they leave it blank and do not fill it with keywords and also not to stuff the title with keywords or try and fit the description where the title goes.

We will not link to site-owners or directory submitters  who cannot take the time to present their websites properly.

Submitters will now have to pay $1 to get their sites listed because other submitters will not follow a few simple guidelines that are in place to keep the standard of the directories.

VMOptions Directory list

We owe a great deal to VMOptions - it is a fantastic list of free submission directories.  We cannot praise them enough.  Anyone who runs a directory should take a look,  you can join their forum free and you will be given access to announce your directory for inclusion in the list.

UPDATE

You can now add a logo to your VMOptions approved directory which is a tremendous help.

Although we are no longer run free directories and no doubt have been removed from their lists, they were instrumental in making our directories popular. We now only have half the number of directories we started with as we have gone on to do other things but they were a great help in getting us started. Unfortunately, the quality of submissions has taken a turn for the worse and we were swamped with spam submissions so we closed our Niche` Directories.

We are not amused!

A quick note for those submitters who think it amusing to write a long, descriptive title and then use keywords for the actual description - it`s not funny! If you have the time to write keywords, you can put them in the box provided, that`s what it`s there for - leaving room for a clear, accurate description of your site.

We know sometimes you`re in a rush, so many directories-so little time but if you used that time to fill the form in correctly you would be helping yourselves and us. We can then review submissions faster and approve them.

We will be revising the amount of characters allowed in the title field so you will have to get your thinking caps on and use the space wisely!

New anti-spam measures

We have updated the anti-spam measures in some of our directories. This is to stop automatic submissions and people bypassing certain aspects of the submit process.
